Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
Ultima Football Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
Ultima Football Academy reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - *relevant contact details*.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
All sessions MUST be paid for in advance for each term.
No refunds or swapping of sessions will be approved if term has been set prior. 2 weeks notice is to be given of changes to a term before the term starts.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. (illness, parties etc).
If there are any 1:1 sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Ultima Football Academy will offer a make-up session, or taken off the next term.
If there are more than 2 camp sessions missed due to extremely bad weather, Ultima Football Academy will offer a make-up sessions, or parents will be refunded.
Early arrival is allowed but if we start early, the session will be timed from then for 60 minutes.
